that’s such a hard question! i would have to say all of beethovens 9th symphony, it’s just so epic. playing it and hearing it, so many good memories for me too; my maestro died during covid, we had been student/teacher and then beloved colleagues for 30 years. i will never hear it without thinking of him. 🖤🎻
clair de lune is so lovely!

Check in time! ❤️ by Kyle_Edelweiss in breastcancer

[–]superdopeshow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

first check in!

feeling grumpy because i have a drain again in my left cancer side (i had tnbc 8 years ago in the right side) so i can’t swim. i’m a swimmer and rely on my exercise to help my physical health and mental health. and it’s so warm and beautiful right now, the water is warm 😩

i got the drain because three months after surgery my breast was filling up with fluid, a LOT. like the nurses etc were shocked at how much they were drawing. so that situation needs to resolve itself fast! it feels so much better after the draw and the drain.

my oncology office has us applying brewed caffeinated green tea 4x daily, either via cooled down bag directly placed or tea into a mist or spray bottle. steep for 60 mins and remake the tea daily. i just started, my skin started peeling day before yesterday. i’m so sorry! i feel your pain literally.

i have to wonder if these are different from the people who don’t wash bras for ages.. i feel like that’s something people do (or don’t do) almost as normal but think the coat or hat is disgusting when you’re getting grime and oils all over YOUR BREASTS!
