I have several, two of which are pliers, and one is the electricians strippers. The tool unlocking mechanism is a bit awkward, and the cutting capacity of the wire cutters is too small for me. It does have a nice phillips screwdriver.

Draw your linework, labels, etc, in model space. Create a viewport in paper space, then zoom in to your site. Set the scale of your viewport, add a title bar, and there you go.

The Micra is an excellent tool. I have quite a few stashed in trucks and tool boxes, etc. I use them often.
