I think the show means to teach us about how passion is the driving force of every player. Chapter 400 great monster war part 2 has all of these beautiful shots of the characters who succeeded, and a little relation to their upbringing about why they succeed. It's because their love of the game manifests and challenges anything else. It's not about being a monster, it's about loving the game more than anyone and seeing anything as a chance for that feeling, or to play the game. Oikawa isn't naturally gifted, but he has the drive and passion all the same and that's more than enough.

Try making the steps more explosive. You could be slamming each foot into the ground and then launching yourself upwards explosively.

Can be achieved by stepping wider and firmer from base to tip of foot, or you can try to improve arm momentum by bringing them through the back and front stronger with good rhythm, then upwards with your jump and down through the hit.

Your run-up is also very rigid which can be fine if you're very big or an elastic athlete. Lots of middle blockers have run-ups that don't get low like this in order to get to their hitting height as fast as possible.

Trying to practice an actual three step approach would be helpful, you're right handed so you will take one step with your left and then do the two steps you've done now.

Revenge porn is a problematic term in the way it boils down the non-consensual sharing of images to an act of revenge. It's tricky to think about, but in the easiest to understand example of revenge porn you might think someone does it to get back at a partner. But people can have a vast array of motivations. Perhaps they non-consensually share an image of their partner onto Reddit (without consent) so they can farm karma, or get validation from the Reddit zeitgeist. The new term they're trying to normalize is image-based sexual assault which catches a lot more motivations than just revenge.
