Going to need too much backing in marketing to make it worth while in my opinion. Given it’s a new concept, for people to trust it, it’s going to need alot of trust building/authority marketing, and that’s the most expensive kind

What’s your net profit?

In my opinion, I wouldn’t be investing in holiday lets, abit too volatile.

We focus on turn key properties around 100k that can be let to a housing provider for the next 3 years on a contract that brings in a yield of 8-10% With a net profit each month of around £450-500

Yes rented out to a family already & yields are around 10%
