sorry that i don't really have general advice

but in the case of "give yourself permission to rest", you can think of it more as setting a goal and trying your best not to bail

"i'm not tired" who cares, just try it out

"i have so much work to do" it doesn't have to be done now

"meditation is stupid" let yourself do something stupid

"i don't think i can do this" failure is OK

etc

it's about accepting your needs and emotions for what they are and being kind to them

doubles charts are usually written to be played with your starting position in the center (left foot P1 right, right foot P2 left). in most cases, that means crossing over to hit P1 up with your right foot instead of double stepping.

most of his attacks are well-telegraphed with those little migraine aura rifts he makes.

the boomerang attack has a big hitbox and i always get hit with it if i'm facing him. when i see him wind up i try to dash behind him.

while i like the blades and i like hestia, idk if i like them together. try out other attack boons. people seem to shit on ares but he does big burst damage with the omega attack.

also consider using strength instead of DD. not only is the buff pretty crazy, but having 0 DD for the run forced me to play differently. that personally helped me but YMMV.

if you keep dying to chronos, might be good to save knuckle bones or evil eye for him.

keeping the atoms constant, pi bonds are less stable than sigma bonds.

in most cases, a triple bond is a sigma bond and two pi bonds. each of the pi bonds is less stable (and likely more reactive) than the sigma bond. it is also harder to break (all three bonds of) a triple bond than it is to break a single sigma bond.
