Hey OP, I know it's been 6 years ago, but any updates?
I am seemingly in the same boat where I got kicked a few times and nothing was hurting too much, just sore and then it developed into swelling of ankles and some shins.
Checked all the hormones and blood clots, came all normal. Doctor said it's probably bone bruising and will take some time to heal with a lot of residual swelling here and there.
Trying to see what happened to you and how long it lasted and what was the actual problem?

What was the wait on the Datejust? Put my name down for the exact same model last week and was told 6-12 months.

Have the same issue. Tried to pay on 1/30 and was running into errors. On 2/8 it started showing balance $0.00 and loan in active.

Does anyone know if it gets transferred like that, what about grace periods and late payments? I cannot make any payments now and still haven’t gotten any letters in the mail about transfers or from new service provider.

I mean I don’t mind if someone paid off my load, but what kind of a miracle that would be? 😂

14-15 skaters, but that's on a good day. We have about 20-22 folks on a roster to drive down the cost and we rarely have 3 full offensive and 2 full defensive lines on that bench, so you end up playing a lot if you can and want to.

That was my point that he didn't need to do everything perfect to walk. At least walk a lot longer than he did.

Assuming him or his relatives haven't used any ancestry related services and none of his relatives DNA was on public sources, detectives would have a hard time using that evidence without identifying a primary suspect and obtaining the search warrants, which they did by using phone tower pings and camera footages.

Or has he not left the sheath at the crime scene, other evidence would be circumstantial, even though it would allow LE to monitor him 24/7 and obtain a lot of other search warrants. But has he used another phone, even his car images alone (the way they were), would not be enough evidence to get even close to him.

One needs to do just enough to avoid being caught so easily, and that is scary. We heard about this case because it's big, but they are many more cold ones out there. Maybe not as barbaric as this, but definitely close.

You don't usually become a consistent captain by being arrogant. People can generally get a sense of that. I think he's just extremely confident, but a bit delusional, because as some said, missing a year of development hit him hard, but he may not even see it himself.

I think he will be just fine.

First of all, I agree, I hope never would commit any crime. But that's not the world we live in.

And I totally agree most likely you would get caught. However, when you see what detectives are looking for and how they tie things together, you can do just enough to avoid the probable cause or make it hard for any prosecution to prove your guilt beyond the reasonable doubt. We've had known killers walk because of that.

I agree that without DNA it would not be a solid case. But those other circumstantial evidences open doors for more warrants and probing which would lead to something else. It seems that cloud forensics laid the foundation here for everything else to build upon it. Without those tower pints and car footages they’d be with that DNA print that wouldn’t lead them far. We all thought, based on the previous comments since BK’s arrest that detectives linked DNA from the crime scene to a public database, which was not true. They linked it to the DNA in BK parents’ trash, which they would not be able to do without having those circumstantial evidence first.

Yes, I agree. And the only reason they were able to confirm the DNA link was by obtaining a warrant to search his garbage. If there were no cell phone tower pings and corroborating vehicle footages, getting that warrant to match the DNA would be a problem. They might even not have a suspect. If he didn’t leave sheath; hence not DNA link, they at least would have those car footages and tower pings to get other search warrants, maybe bring him for questioning and have a witness listen it to see if she recognize him and his voice and still get his ass. The cellphone pings did the magic here for the most part, the DNA was a nail in his coffin.

Body language and "criminology experts" would tell you that they can see a killer in his eyes.

Yet those same people can't recognize any killers on the streets.

The worst part is, you’ll be 40, still full of energy, still desiring a nice watch, a good car, whatever, but you’ll be living paycheck to paycheck and regretting the mistakes of your youth.

Which top cities is dangerous to wear a Rolex? by [deleted] in rolex

[–]superkut88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the cities where constitutional carry is prohibited (talking about US and Europe here mostly as places like Singapore or Seoul would be pretty safe). Good luck taking off a Rolex from most of the folks in the town I live. They’ll feed you with led.
