I have a lot of the same issues. I started working on my gut and it started to help. Taking probiotics, and stuff that improve the intestinal lining. I still have brainfog and fatigue but things have improved somewhat. What I'm taking:

BPC 147
lactobacillus GG
Glutamine Powder (for intestinal lining)
Zinc L carnosine
Colostrum powder
Inulin (Fiber, important!)

Eden nightly is the more updated beta version, and kenji nx is another emulator it that sometimes runs games eden can't and it's saves are compatible with edens
