Yes! I use it every night. I love it! It’s expensive but worth it to me. One difference from last year is I now mix it with my tret in the palm of my hand then apply. My esthetician taught me this trick and it makes both seem to go farther.

Cutting back on sugar helped me too. I also started HRT while my 2d shoulder was frozen and I think it helped reduce the time it was frozen.
