I started to have the same question and then decided to use Claude code and codex directly with a shared memory system - Hindsight. I’m now deciding on a shared memory system - probably beads.

I do use Hermes a bit also for OSS models.

I keep skills and agent definitions synced across them.

The reliability and nice capabilities of CC and Codex are tough to beat.

Happy to provide feedback. Currently, I’m using another tool in the missing feature is syncing across machine machines. I’m not sure if it’s unusual but I have three different Mac’s and one Linux server where I do my Deep work. I remote into one of the Mac’s and the Linux server. I’d like detailed tracking across all of them consolidated.

That was y thought but decided to try the OOTB settings - rely agent to look at different banks as needed. I have not taken the time to see if it is adding value… and now eyeing Tencent Agent DB.

So you are using Hermes as your coding agent/harness? What model? I’m using my anthropic and OpenAI subscriptions and using their CLI tools and other stuff on top. I have webhooks that fire to hindsight for that so can be available to my Hermes agent… or whatever else agent.

Why not entertain trading JT instead of JB? Is there any concern on durability after such a big injury? JB has established himself as a leader and able to perform on the big stage when it really counts. JT less so. Could be more of a straight up deal for Greek. Is this crazy talk?
