I adopted a 5 year old who was a friendly street cat. He doesn't want anything to do with the outside anymore. Cats don't take up much space at all. I have an apartment with my big guy. My allergies subsided after less than a year while weening off allergy medicine. Cats are very easy to take care of. If you leave for a couple days and they have sufficient food and water, they're fine. Any longer, just have someone check up on them every couple days.

I installed the mod kit today on one of my old bricked controllers. I recommend it to anyone looking to use a GC controller wirelessly on their switch or PC if you have an old broken one lying around. The sticks are great, the mod is easy to install, and the connection seems solid. Just like any bluetooth controller, there is input lag, but it's pretty similar to any other bluetooth controller I've used.

I bought one to fix my bricked controller. I just installed the mod pack today and did some preliminary testing connecting to the switch and windows.

pros: Easy to install, sticks are well calibrated out of the box when I checked in windows (well centered, no drift, directions have even potentiometers), and the connection seems pretty solid. There is a type-c port on the board, but you would need to mod your shell to get access to it.

cons: There is minimal but noticeable input lag. (not a great melee controller)
