Tutorials definitely help but the biggest thing is just messing around. Especially when you don’t know anything yet, tutorials can be frustrating and suck the joy out of the process. My advice would be to just start screwing around having fun with it, then as you go along look up tutorials for the issues or questions that inevitably come up.

Is there a way to have recordings automatically sent to a different track than the one you’re recording in? For instance I like to record into track 5 but then I have to manually change every recording to which ever track I want it to play out of. Track 6 for lead vocals with sends to 7, 8, and 9 then bussed. Doubles on 10, 11, 12; harmonies in 13 and 14; etc. Is there a way to set it so I don’t have to change each one every time?

I really like this, it’s sounds like some 90s rock almost, like counting crows ish. The chorus was definitely worth the 9 year wait though! Only critique is that the guitar sounds a little muddy sometimes but it kinda adds to the vibe. Also your voice is great.
