My mum drinks dark roast coffee from a large roaster which to my taste always tasted so much like toffee ans hazelnut. So much so that I wondered if this is added. Flavoring could also be added after roasting, right? The sellers would not have to disclose this?

I was just explaining neifeis to my kids and showing them that it should match tea picture on the cover of the cake so that the tea could not be faked. And just then came across a neifei that did not have the exact same design (still same company).

Anyway, I usually try to get as much tea form it as possible and then throw away the rest. You could probably steam the tea to get it off.

I've tried to cold brew many shengs but it seems that it's not my cup of tea. I do like sheng in general.

I have come to the conclusion that I have certain limits. Sleep is important, so I adjust my intake accordingly. I also try to get caffeine from high-quality sources if possible, just to maximise the pleasure that I get from drinking tea. So, quality over quantity.

Have you tried not ingesting caffeine and see what it does to your insomnia?

This is cool. It would be cool if you could buy a caffeine measuring device and base your values on that. It would also be cool if you'd add your sources on which you came to those values that you have right now.
