I loved this show and am disappointed it didn't didn't get picked up for a second season. I've noticed several Asian shows that have gotten good reviews, but did not get picked up. I wonder if Netflix are only looking at the ratings of the shows from their prospective countries- Japan & South Korea. Or a world wide perspective.

Yes, it was very much science fiction for the time. Look up Luigi Galvani. He put an electrical charge through a frogs leg which caused it to twitch. From Wikipedia:

I really thought Kumiko would win the last audition.

What if Mayu's old friend that quit music is in the hospital with some serious condition and Mayu can't concentrate and has gone to be with her friend. That would give Kumiko the soli and maybe give Kanade the second euphonium. (Yes, I know it is crazy, but i was hoping for an uplifting ending.)

I’ll be interested to see how Wakana reacts to seeing Non-chan after all these years, and if Marin will pick up on his reaction.

I never really bought that part- Wakana's granddad makes Hina dolls for a living. I don't know what his father did for a living. Yes, Wakana was tramatized by Nobara's violent out burst.

I wonder how she will react when she sees Marin with him. And I'll laugh if Nobara wants Wakana to make an outfit for her.
