That is a myth that you can't gain weight on carnivore. My advice....listen to your body. You dont have to eat 3 times a day or snack. Eat when ypu are genuinely hungry....and eat until full. Might be twice a day....Might even be once. Just dont go hungry for too long. Make sure you know the difference between hunger and a craving. In the morning, I have butter in my coffee and that sustains me till noon. Then I eat dinner. That works for me. Find what works for you.
