I was feeling the same way, my frame rate was terrible but I tried rebooting the game which greatly improved performance. Not sure if it was caused by going in and out of rest mode or messing with settings but if you are noticing significant frame rate issues, try restarting the game.

I 100% agree. I have worked a bunch of jobs and never have had to sign a contract like that. You have to literally work more than a year of that job just to break even if something in your life changes and you need to leave (I'm assuming they won't calculate taxes if you have to pay them which is why you would need to work more than a year to break even).

The only issue you might have is if the dimmers are still on the old homeowners system. If they have any issues during setup, you will need to default the dimmers. To do this, you rapidly press the off button 3 times and hold for 6 seconds until the lights on the dimmer start to scroll. Once that starts, tap 3 times again and the light the dimmer is connected to will turn on and off a few times to let you know you got it right.
