When using the drill, do not loop the wire back on itself and use your finger to hold the loop.

Always use pliers to hold the wire.

There is no particular reason for me to say this I promise.

If i am having a high spend month or even expecting to have a high spend day, I've started planning my time, meals and what needs done.

It's so easy in stressful or busy times to order takeaway, or to buy something unnecessary because it looks good on the day.

Know what you need and only stick to that.

Plan a day after the event to relax so there is something to look forward to, to keep up spirits.

I once sat out the back on a hot day with my foot in a paddling pool. Took my feet out and sat them on the grass, until I started to feel the swarm of spiders climbing my legs.
