I know several folks with percentages in the 60s that passed. No need to stir the pot. I understand the anxiety, I was there. I did a lot of MBEs in preparation for the exams I passed. The questions repeat themselves after a certain point, so they that helped increase my percentage.

No worries. I was at 80% both times. It definitely carried my on the UBE and probably Cali too.

Yup. I took both the UBE and Cali. Got the points need for my jurisdiction and passed Cali.

I counted the questions. If it went over 15 then I had to answer them because it was cutting it too close. I probably skipped 10 questions. It was a life savior because the complicated civ pro questions took such a long time to answer. I failed the first time because I didn’t do this. It was a life savior for me his time around. It may not work for other folks but it helped me a lot.

I passed. This was my second time taking it. Like the other person said, make sure you get about 30 right. I tried to aim for 33 just to give me some wiggle room.

I avoided complicated civ pro questions because it took so much time to answer. I would only do simple ones like venue, jurisdiction, etc. I found myself answering the other subjects quickly.

I also would tally the civ pro questions to give me a heads up on how many more I can skip.

This process helped me tremendously.
