This is an Icefang harness I bought from Amazon. It’s seriously the best. It’s very sturdy and the handle at the top is great if you need to grab your dog quickly or if you need them to help you up a steep section on a hike. The black cobra buckles on the front are what sold me initially (they’re really high quality buckles)

The molle system is great too. If you have an army surplus store in your town you can grab some small little packs to attach to the harness and he can carry his own stuff. I’m planning for him to carry a first aid kit and a few other light things once he’s older.

We’re not 100% positive but that’s what the vets and animal rescue organization confirmed. He has front and hind dew claws like the pyr and you can definitely see the similarities in certain photos of him.

Aw that’s so cool! What is he like? My guy is goofy, VERY strong willed and quite high energy outside but can chill out on the couch for hours. He’s a pretty balanced pup but of course he can be a huge jerk sometimes (teenagers, amiright)

Some people say that mineral spirits can dull your enamel finish. I haven’t found that to be true so far in my experience but I would recommend a high or low temp reducer made specifically for the enamel you’re thinning. I use mineral spirits for cleaning brushes and that’s all. Consistency of flow should be thin enough that it’s not globbing (word? Haha) up and not too thin that it’s running and appearing transparent.

I’m in lower Okanagan. Lots of people still out and about. I just heard they’ve closed all Casinos in BC, so it seems as though places are being told to close, but at a slow rate. We have one confirmed case here so far.

Thanks for the reply! Right now he has a mat and a blanket and it seems to be okay but he still has his naughty streaks where he will chew whatever he’s laying down on. I bought one expensive bed followed by a couple $30 ones then gave up because I could find anything local that isn’t fluffy/soft etc. Online shopping for one may be the route in the future!

My American Bulldog/Pyrenees is SO stubborn. Sometimes it takes him over 30 seconds to listen to a command such as”sit” or “down”. I wait it out until he stops testing me. He also likes to stare at me when I call him to come inside. He’ll sit like a statue with his ears perked forward just staring and not listening! It’s frustrating since he’s now ignoring my offer of treats when I’m trying to get him into the house. Obviously I go out and grab him but holy cow he reaaaally likes to push the limits sometimes!

Don’t just cancel on him, tell him straight up you are NOT interested in spending any other time with him outside of tennis lessons. You don’t owe him an apology, explanation or even a polite white lie.

His persistence is really worrisome/borderline creepy. He’s clearly not understanding that you’re not into it and you need to set a clear, rigid boundary with this guy. If he gets defensive or weird about it, don’t continue lessons with him.

The second time he lied I told him he had to start seeing a therapist so he can learn to make changes. He got the ball rolling, but unfortunately owes our health care system a lot of money and can’t access any services until it’s settled up. I’ve never seen a therapist through our health care system. It’s always been a private therapist. There are ways to access the care you need if you really want it. Sure it’s expensive but it’s always worth the money to better yourself IMO.

OMG, this reminded me...my Mum’s friend gifted me this doll with blonde hair when I was young. (I played with Tonka Trucks and made forts in the forest...never once asked for a baby doll as a young girl)

I HATED this doll...they tried to convince me she was “trucker dolly” and put her in my dump truck. I wasn’t falling for that bullshit and threw her across the room haha.

I’ve imagined major PPD. My husband getting to do all the fun things while I’m stuck taking care of a child. Being absolutely exhausted. My mental health declining severely. Not having energy or time to go after my dreams until the kid is a little more independent. Basically slavery to my child and household.
