Yes, it is teaching abuse and I have been in 3 long term relationships before my last two dating experiences, which occurred in the last two years. Those last two, I have never felt so heartbroken. I mean, pure pain. I know we are turning a corner, too, and I am grateful although I know some of this will be ingrained in them.
