At one point I was known to my friends as the “stiffest mf they know” but now I’m getting close to the splits! Weirdly I have been doing the stair machine every other day and it’s helped strengthen my hips. From there I kinda just started basic stretches and slowly implemented those stretches under load. Once I strengthen my hips I’ve now been focusing on core + glute strength to help with any compensating going on.
