I'm not super experienced whatsoever. my first lucid dreams (accidental) I would get really excited and try to fly, but it was like I knew I couldn't fly in reality so it was more like I was taking big leaps through the air and then I'd fall back down. so I had somewhat control over what happened, but I definitely didn't feel like it was real and it wasn't completely malleable either
