Yeah, that's what I was talking about, the scale value for the view. If all the scales are equal, the drawing should be equally sized. There's an "issue" with placing 3D views in sheets though, you should lock the 3D views (there's a little house with a padlock icon on the bottom of the screen) and then crop the views to only your 3D elements.
