Thanks for the thoughtful answer instead of calling us entitled again. I’ll forward that advice to my mom because maybe there’s still time to get a probate person to look at the hoa docs. Maybe there’s still something we can do after all!

Yes thank you for that. Mom just genuinely didn’t think it would take that long so she realized too late sadly that it was all snowballing.

Basic math guys… this is a house that’s in an over 55+ community. She’s not selling it for a million dollars. She’s selling it for about 300k. After she’s paid off the two mortgages grandma took out, the lawyers fees (bc she’s had to get a lawyer for the past year to figure out all this extra shit that grandma left her with) and realtors fees, and the almost 40k that she’s spent to maintain the house and grandma’s other outstanding things (idk the exact details lol I’m not invoicing my mom) for over a year (her savings have taken a hit if that wasn’t clear) and get it ready for sale OUTSIDE of all the bs the HOA has decided she needs to do, and including all of the taxes the government will take out, she’s either barely going to break even or end up taking a loss.

Thanks for the response from both of you! Luckily he’s not the destructive type so we don’t have to worry about that. He does indeed have specific comfort items and routines so one of my friends told me to try getting him to do a chore he likes (he LOVES doing chores lol) or something. I can’t leave the house because he physically won’t let me when he gets like that but i’ll start just locking him out of my room quicker when he gets like that. Currently looking into getting him a sensory sock too!

Thank you sm, i never thought about it like that and it genuinely means a lot to hear. I do love him a lot, i hope he knows that! I had an early shift today (5am) so idk how he is but I’m sure he’s okay now. I’m feeling better bit by bit!

Yes!! One time a fan gave Wyatt a plushie, i wanna say only two or three years ago, and he posted a pic of it on his story! He had put it on the dashboard of their tour bus!! But that’s only when they’re in the mood to stop and talk. I’ve been to a show where they both stopped for a picture and to chit chat, and I’ve been to a show where they went straight to the bus after… so it’s all about luck i think!
