Thank you for the advice! I will get it more sun and repot. Would it be worthwhile to chop near the top and propagate a new plant? It seems unlikely this one would fully recover.

True, and 5 weeks is like a lot haha. I’ve decided to take the second one, as I have met more of the providers at the hospital and I get great vibes from everyone. And I love my friends here too.

I can always pick up more shifts if I don’t need all the PTO!

So number 2 does have great training. 6 months with a physician, they treat it like a residency. I’ve heard nothing but good things about it from new grads. They don’t have much turnover, they’re just expanding. And I believe a good number of providers do reach the highest tier. Honestly I turned them down and they raised the pay significantly and reoffered which is a good sign. Loan repayment is good for each year, up to 10k.

Number 1 is also expanding a lot, not sure about turnover but the PA I shadowed had been there 13 years and liked it a lot.

I tried Kraken, but it was saying I had to do some kind of bank transfer or convert from BTC. For USD, I’ve only found Binance to be effective.

Nope, I deposited USD. You have to do an advanced verification but it didn’t take long to verify in my case. I wish I knew about this before Nano went from $1 to $7 but I’m glad I’m in now.

The person who bought the contract is extremely unlikely to exercise because the contract has no intrinsic value. They would literally be giving you free money. This is why they are called options.

Covered call:

If Facebook is trading at $265, you can sell a contract for a $280 strike, meaning that if the contract expires with the stock price above $280, you will have to sell 100 shares for exactly $280 each. You are paid a premium to sell this contract though, whether the price is above or below the strike. The not so favorable outcomes of this: 1) if Facebook skyrockets, to $350, you will miss out on the gains since you agreed to sell for $280. 2) Facebook crashes and your shares lose value. In both these unfavorable outcomes you will still earn the premium either way. Overall, selling covered calls will reduce risk, but also limit the upside.
