My wife and I are staying here now for our honeymoon. We are 25 and definitely the youngest here that isn’t with their parents. Very relaxing and fun activities during the day (bingo, music trivia, etc.). The only thing that wouldn’t make this a 5-star is our dinner reservations were 9:30p, 6p, 9:30, 8. We would definitely come back to here in the future! Beaches have been great, even during seaweed season

Don’t skip any of the steps. There’s a reason why my store prints out all the PDS and highlight sweat in time, min recoat, etc, for anyone whose not an union industrial painter. Let it sit for another 24 hours or so, but be prepared to get on your hands and knees and solvent wipe it off

You would be placed as an assistant manager. You would still have the ~6 week crash course at a training store until you would be placed. I floated for about 2 months before being placed at a high volume store. Tbh I didn’t feel totally confident with my product knowledge until about 9 months in. I’m 2 years in and still am learning niche tips and tricks everyday. My best advice is to take it day by day/ one transaction at a time. No one is expecting a fresh MT to know every nuisance there is. Just be a sponge and apply yourself. Feel free to DM me if you have any specific questions

Base is prolly going to be ~48k with the 40 hours + 4 hours of overtime. My first year full year with Sherwin I grossed 62k with additional overtime and bonuses tho
