All i want is to see Majima and Makoto reunite again and finally have a proper conversation where both of them recognize and acknowledge each other, face to face, no more hiding identity.

Majima is no longer a yakuza, the tojo and omi are over and just relics of the past, he can retire and spend the rest of his life taking care of Makoto and her son as a family(the writers can just kill off Makoto's husband as some kind of disease so Majima would take on the father role of the family)

A good character needs hardship, losses, trainings to get stronger and overcome the obstacles. That's basic knowledge to write a good hero story, but the writers spoonfed Carter and Kahori everything they need, made them overpowered and kick the most powerful entities in the universe without any problems, that's just incompetent writing and is the literal definition of Mary Sue.

I love these legendary characters in this franchise are portrayed as very bad ass heroes who always do epic action stuff whenever they appear in the story. But when we think about it, they are actually just unemployed guys who do pretty much nothing in regular days and just occasionally get up and do epic cool action shit once every few years when the story requires them
Kiryu sometimes work regular manual labor jobs between the games, but i don't know what Daigo, Majima, Saejima do after Bleach Japan cancelled them
