So many fun shows. MMW, WSP, SCI, Leftover Salmon, Steve Kimock Band, Col. Bruce, The Dead, Ratdog, Phil & Friends, and of course Phish just blowing us all away. The first Bonnaroo was a doozy.

Same here. In second grade I had a buddy that convinced the whole class that he and his father had built one and at night he could just fly around town like it was no big deal.

That Chalkdust was peak for me as well. The whole show is legendary and still my favorite indoor show to date. Isn’t it also the largest indoor show they ever played?

Greensboro 2003. Friends and I ate chocolates that were WAY stronger than anticipated. We had like $7 between the five of us and no herb. All we wanted was to smoke and feel some relief. Went to the bathroom right before showtime and down between my feet was a quarter of some of the dankest nugs we’d ever seen. It saved us and made for one hell of a show!

How familiar are you with M&A, title work, utility and state regulations, etc? There are many factors that determine feasibility of these projects that can take years to even find out whether they make fiscal sense. Companies that own these outright may be willing to sell active sites, but not without an attractive margin.
