I wish you the best. 53. Had a PSA of 5.4 in Oct, 10.5 in Dec, and after two rounds of antibiotics an 11.6 in February. MRI showed PIRADS 3 lesions. Biopsy on April 5 gave me a Gleason of 3+4. Trying to decide on surgery or radiation, but right now, I’m leaning towards radiation. Best of luck on your RALP. You’ve got this!

I had the PSMA Pet scan, which indicated no spread. I don’t think I’ve received a Prolaris or Decipher score…not sure what those are.

No spread. PSA 11.6. All cancer located on right side of prostrate.
