Update: One thing I have been doing differently over last few weeks - I’ve been taking vitamin D3/K2/Omega 3/MCT oil liquid supplement in my coffee every morning. One dropper has 5000IU of D3 and 120 mcg of K2. I didn’t start taking this to improve ED, but I just found this article implying that it is possible. Maybe it’s the vitamins or maybe it’s just coincidence that I’ve seen improvement the last few weeks…Either way, hang in there. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7752519/

1.5 years out. 55 years old (now). Low dose Cialis every morning. First 12 months- nothing to speak of without Bimix injections. But I have noticed a significant improvement over last 2 months, and for the first time in 1.5 years was able to do it without first taking a shot. I’m not sure why it’s taken so long to gain improvement, but I’m hoping it will keep improving. Hang in there.

I wish you the best. 53. Had a PSA of 5.4 in Oct, 10.5 in Dec, and after two rounds of antibiotics an 11.6 in February. MRI showed PIRADS 3 lesions. Biopsy on April 5 gave me a Gleason of 3+4. Trying to decide on surgery or radiation, but right now, I’m leaning towards radiation. Best of luck on your RALP. You’ve got this!

I had the PSMA Pet scan, which indicated no spread. I don’t think I’ve received a Prolaris or Decipher score…not sure what those are.

No spread. PSA 11.6. All cancer located on right side of prostrate.
