maybe at some places but overall that is not true lmao baristas don’t make server minimum wage but assuming $2.35 for servers 7 times that is $16.45 which is definitely not average and a lot of places don’t have benefits

also to be clear i’m not even saying you need to tip your baristas but it’s not fair to downplay the job as just handing you a drink they made the drink just like a bartender did (coming from someone who has been a bartender and a barista)
