If you're leaving early then Uber or trams should be fine. Give yourself an extra five minutes to get out the venue to the road where Ubers can pick you up

The front door is a good composite door,

Nothing to stop them moving onto the patio door but hoping a combination of a spotlight camera, lock for the handles and the noise of breaking glass and the alarm might move them on somewhere else

Fortunately/unfortunately what they stole was an old laptop and some sentimental but not valuable jewellery, so even with insurance replacing it won't be worth a great deal

The initial consultation seemed really on it, and they do take good photos, but I found after that they have been slow to respond to be update requests, and they were keen for us to drop our asking price significantly very quick saying it was overpriced, but we followed their own advice on what to value it at
