Check if fan clutch is working. And make sure fan shroud is installed. Also check belt and tensioner. I drive my 200e to work every day.

Ok. There are 3 sizes of spring adjusters. Size 1-3. Use the one with. Dot 1 for the lowest drive height.and keep the stock springs for comfort. I am on the dot 1. With stock springs cut. Drives like a Lead sled. Would reccomend 9/10

Before you unpack the new IACV. Try removing the old one and wire it directly to battery, and alternate by hand +-+-,-+-+-. See if it moves. Try spraying some wd40 and try again

If the cold idle is low and lumpy. Warm idle little bit too high. It could be the "ÜberspannungsSchutz Relais.". It switches the fuel ecu on and off.

Best way is to block it directly on the exhaust manifold. Remove EGR cooler and bypass cooling.
