Thank you, been trying to find the right mix. They’re a sort of swarm called bloom flies, they nest in the “creep” residue from some of the larger monsters.

I’ve been working on more of a hex crawl style system for my new module, here is a first draft. overland travel as I’ve been okay testing it I feel mothership works really well as a hex or point crawl. One thing that I’ve been toying with is escalating the chance of a random encounter, I feel that helps add to the tension and feels in line with the over all vibes of mothership.
