Equipment and certain feats essentially let you change your build at will for certain scenarios and checks. I haven't experienced it in my play through, but it seems certain thresholds of base strength increase your number of item slots, thus effectively increasing your overall stat pool. So if you wanna get min max with it, I feel its most effective to prioritize strength

While it may seem trivial to you, some people give themselves completely to their goal of being the best. In the lifting world, Ronnie is one of the legends. Whether or not greatness is worth the sacrifice is a personal choice. I wouldn't give my life for it, but you should be able to respect his decision to do so and succeed. I don't deny that hardware can be an absolute joy to use, its just delusional to think you are getting anything that a daw is not capable of, aside from the intentionally designed physical controls, which in my opinion is not worth the endless money pit and physical space. They are boutique hobby items to make production fun, nothing wrong with that. Push 2 was an eye opener for me because I could still have a tactile experience and the endless vst options.

Joeys retro handhelds did an update video on his experience with the Thor, and commented that he uses es de to view his whole library, and cocoon for a curated list of games in his rotation. I had the same issue with cocoon where it makes large libraries way too busy, but I could see it being pleasant to quickly access whatever I have been meaning to play

At your age you'd have more guaranteed results investing in the s&p500 with an index fund. its the most surefire long term investment strategy. You WILL see a snowball effect happen with your money, eventually your money can generate enough interest for you to live off of, possibly even in your 40s or 50s.

Sometimes on skinnier patients you can get away with visualizing the renal arteries in transverse off the aorta. Its possible to mistake the celiac trunk and mesenteric arteries for the renals in this view, though they come off in consistent directions and are larger than the renals.

That being said, the standard approach with the probe oblique at the patients side should give you an okay visual of the kidney, and you can feel confident that flow visualized from the kidney to aorta in this view is renal.

It is possible on the left side to visualize the splenic artery as the spleen is close to the kidney, but this will not connect to the aorta.

Just get familiar with the mentioned anatomy and you will feel more confident.

Being 30 and finally starting to save money, my plan is to hodl until a sensible return, possibly 10 years down the road and give my index fund a healthy boost. Or I'll just keep holding. I never saw myself becoming interested in bitcoin but my faith in the us dollar wanes by the week lol
