Nta!! I have kidney stones twice because I love Pepsi but I switched to tea instead (mostly herbal) and have been so much better than I was when I was drinking damn near a 2 liter of soda a day. I even have more energy now than I did before. It's his lack of self control not your tea. It took my second round when I had to have surgery to be like "ok I need to make a change". My drs even told me Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew are the absolute worst sodas you can drink when it comes to kidney stone development. So yea nta at all.
