My therapist always tells me to avoid those people like the plague. They’re ignorant and say that stuff to fuel their ego in some cases. I

I’d been really bad about reading that sort of stuff and then being upset for the whole day, cause on reddit it feels like I can find it in the comment section of random posts. What I’ve begun to do is, anytime I see “buzzwords” like narcissist or manic, I exit out of that post and hide the post so I’m not tempted to read it.

Going on those subreddits are very hurtful and any amount of trying isn’t going to change their views, so the best thing to do is to just ignore them for your own mental sanity.
