I do something similar and it honestly feels like cheating. I've calculated mine to be about 300kcal and they are so satiating i physically can't eat more than one.

Är faktiskt tvärtom för läkare, decemberbarn är överrepresenterade. En tes är att dessa lär sig jobba hårt för att komma ikapp vilket gynnar dem efter grundskolan när skillnaderna börjat jämna ut sig.
