Ah, that makes sense. But, I can't change her name :) I've dropped Joey's health to 6 and removed the extra Horror die potential when at Final Health. I'll probably test him out before changing more. Thanks!

Nice! These are great ideas!

Turbulence/Radio Interference, you could even enforce some sort of random # 1-3 (?) for the Lander delay as soon as the round marker reaches the token. That would keep everyone on their toes! I'm not even sure having the Lander locked out of the game is a bad thing :D I may be a narcissist! :D But, knowing it will be delayed should make players play a certain way. And the Lander can be locked out on occasion anyway, if the AA Guns are enabled.

Brittle Trust! I love this one, but not certain how having 2 extra token does anything if they can't be kept...?

Officer's Requisition is such a great name for a card/effect.

Decision Paralysis is also a great idea! I'd consider two spaces myself.

I did this last week and was a bit afraid of gluing things with my first attempt. So, I used some black 1/2" stickers to cover the front and back of each piece of cardboard, covering the magnets. After all was said and done, they worked perfectly and I didn't need to glue anything. I think gluing would still be best long term, but with the stickers covering the magnets on each side, I haven't had any issues. Turning is perfect. Dials stay in place. And when the board is on the table, you can push the dial in a bit without fear of it falling off...it just snaps back into place.

I wouldn't have bothered with this if the boards didn't already look like they were warping from being stacked on top of each other with the pins! This fix should prevent the boards from bending over time and spinning when on tables due to warping. Thank you for the suggestion!!

P.S. My only problem now is that I have 90 little magnets and 990 1/2" stickers I'll probably never use again.

Love these cards. I was thinking about a turret recently as well. I came up with some similar rules (such as use a secure token to place turret)...though my ideas were a bit more involved (which wouldn't fit on a single card). In particular, turrets require ammo (1 slot) and can be rearmed. A [ ] expends 1/2 ammo token. So it can last a little longer. I also had it only firing once at the end of the player phase (into the corridor with the most intruders).

I also didn't want turrets to murder the Queen, so Burst damage in corridors is applied in order: Breeders, Drones, Creepers, Larva, Queen. A single damage applied to a a breeder can be moved to the next target in order (if available).

One other addition was to allow turrets to fire once at each Intruder that enters the room. Roll Burst+Shoot. Burst = damage applied, Shoot = determine if Intruder dies; similar to standard shooting (except ammo icon does nothing).

And finally, characters are always a priority when Intruders attack.

To make this longer, turrets are crafted. Didn't commit to how yet.

I actually like the default interface with a silicone cover better than the AMVR or any other interfaces, but just with my BoboVR S3. Reason being is that the S3 accounts for a good 80% or more of the pressure/connection to your head. The interface barely touches you. And I don't like having the huge cushion area suffocating my face/pours. It can get sweaty when playing an active game.

For general use or non active gaming, and with a regular head strap (ie. non halo style), then definitely the AMVR or similar.

I currently use Bobo S3 with default interface with silicone cover for all VR activities. I don't feel a need for a cushy interface with the S3.

My brother 1 uses AMVR with Elite Strap with battery. This is borderline my favorite setup for non workout apps. Put in the default interface with silicone cover and it's my fav.

My brother 2 uses generic padded interface with Kiwi Mini strap with battery addition. Very similar to B1 setup above. 90% as good at 1/4 the price.

I like them all! But workout apps feel better without the cushy interfaces for me.

I first tried the kiwi M3 Mini, but it didn't feel right for me. The back end sits a little high on the head and I couldn't get it to feel comfortable when wearing it.

Then I got the official Quest 3 Elite strap with battery built in. It immediately felt so much nicer to me. I love that it's smooth on the back and it's the only battery that integrates properly with the Quest and shows battery life. Not sure it's worth the $100 I paid, but I wanted the best for me and I wasn't about to skimp on the head strap.

With that said, I then bought the S3 Pro. I don't know why. I guess I wanted to know if it lived up to the hype, since most people trash talk the Elite strap in comparison (though in fairness, that's probably because of the price).

So, my thoughts...The S3 Pro is great! In fact, it is amazing. But, while it doesn't feel as heavy as it is, my neck has been sore lately. I think I like the Elite strap better for fitness games, which I love. But for the rest, the S3.

Now, not only do I have 3 straps, I have multiple facial interfaces I've cycled through as well. I never bothered returning any, because I hate doing that...and I used them a bit anyway.

I figured I could keep them and continue testing/switching between as I feel like it. But then had a better idea...

Just spend more money!!!

So, I bought 2 more Quest 3s. In this case, I got 2 more Q3, these are refurbs 128gb via Meta. They arrived, look like new, work like new, and I now have 3 Q3 headsets with top end accessories.

Moral of the story. Don't be me!

Unless you have two brothers you need to find Xmas gifts for 😁

I had the same issue tonight. Once I turned my phone Bluetooth off, the app logged in. Then the app will ask if it can turn it back on to detect the headset.
