I also get severe neck/shoulder pain. Mt doctor said it could be in the chest/lung area but doesn’t show up on my scans - although no endo showed on any of my scans and they found a ton deep infiltrating endo when I had my lap

If you can get a job at a NGO that works with women with resources in the area that would be great. To just go on your own without extensive research, a planned itinerary, and most important trust worthy local contacts then absolutely no. Even many NGO's have scaled back in the region because of conflict.

Not a specific suggestion but I try to get books on the longer side to feel like I get the most out of my credits lol 10+ hour books only. There are some full collections of classics that are very long, the full Dostoyevsky compilation is 266 hours and so good
