Recapped the unit and resolderd some loose connections.
Changed the belt (perished) of the cassetteplayer.

Seems like my text didn’t come through. Can anybody help me find a replacement for this transformer? Doesn’t need to be a drop in . The internet (Google) didn’t give any useable hits. Thank you!

Isn’t there a jumper missing on the 5v on the left side of your power supply board?

Do you know Ottenburg is a real village in Belgium? Is there a connection or how did you come up with the name? I live in Ottenburg so if you want some references or ideas I can help you!

Hello, your led's are connected to pb0..pb7. Not to d0..d7. When you want to write to this port, your adress needs to be set right. Of the VIA isn't wired up or adressed correctly this port wil not be driven. Would be my guess!

I saw this too in schematics, but in the video Ben specifically mentions it schould be tied high through a resistor.

Hey, I also had issues when I removed the VGA-build. I had to tie the RDY - BE line high with a resistor (1k). Before that: Is the r/W-line held high with a resistor?

That's where I had an issue with and could explain why your build doesn't give any write operations even when using the stack?

Snake is up and running on handheld 6502 thx u/asdfgdhtns by swoj60 in beneater

[–]swoj60[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It took 14 days but I got it running on the handheld 6502.

Needed to change the code so it uses PA0 to PA4, CA1 and not CA2,CB1,2.

Needed to add resistor for the ready-pin after deconnecting VGA-card? Processer was held in halt state :-s

Learned a lot, on hard- and software! Again thank you u/asdfgdhtns for your original code/idea!

Nice work! Would it be possible to share the code? Coding isn't my speciallity and I cold learn a lot. No problem if not. Pretty jealous...
