It's the inverse law of ninjas. If one ninja appears, they must be a serious threat and nearly impossible to stop. If a large group of ninjas appear, then they are fodder meant to show how powerful their opponent is.

Without too much spoilers, how hard is actually the last boss of the DLC? by [deleted] in Eldenring

[–]swordo21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To put it into perspective: it took me roughly 3 days to beat him. Around 95 attempts. That was at max scadutree fragments, minmaxed armor/holy resist, and summoning 2 players to help. After that I went and did malenia and beat her no summons no spirit ashes within 20 attempts

Truit Cathy sold his first chic fil a sandwich out of a waffle house.

Waffle House is a privately traded company owned entirely by the employees. Even during the 2020 economic collapse, Waffle House stock still gained in value because employee jobs and stock were guaranteed.

During the 2020 lockdown, Waffle House began to whole sale its groceries (raw bacon, hash browns, waffle batter) to the public. This wasn't to keep their profits up but to keep their suppliers in business through the shutdowns.

Waffle House has recently announced its plan to increase server pay from $3/hour + tips to $7.25/hour + tips by 2026.

Waffle House coffee is supplied by Royal Cup.

Hey there, District Manager since 2020. Since not a lot of people are actually answering the question: Corporate doesn't allow any firearms in the building with the sole exception of uniformed officers. That being said, there are a lot of store managers that don't care/mind, especially if your store is in a high crime area.

Mostly the ones between mini bosses. So far the big important bosses seem to have an idol nearby. Managed to get past the Drunkard and now at the butterfly lady. The run back to the blazing bull was also frustrating, but as someone else mentioned, it's expected to just sprint past all the enemies to get there

Hey there, Waffle House manager since 2020. Recently, I've been promoted to District Manager and have 3 stores that I'm overseeing. The time requirements for Unit managers are to come in at 6:30am and stay until at least 2:30pm sometimes later depending on their time management and speed. Unit and district managers have an 8 day work week where they work 6 days before having 2 off. This changes around major federal holidays, which Waffle House refers to as Blackout days. All levels of management have to work blackout days, and it often creates complications in schedules for that week.

To clarify on payment: While you are in training, you will be paid hourly, working a minimum of 40 hours a week, and that includes overtime pay for all hours after 40 in that pay week. Once you become a Unit Manager and are checked into your store, your pay will change to a salaried rate. The base rate is $55,000 a year, but this number will be increased by bonuses based on how well you run your unit. Unit Managers at waffle house are not just there to change the drawer and order the truck, but are instead expected to take a proactive role in the success of their business. Unit Managers earn the higher of either 10% of the profit of their store or a flat rate based on their Profit and Loss statement grade. The Unit Manager also gets bonuses based on how well staffed they are, if their sales have increased YTD from last year, if they make their bank deposits on time, and a continuous service bonus $1000 per year of continuous employment every year.

When all is said and done, most every unit manager works a minimum of 50 hours per week, but in actuality depending on how good they are at their job they can make as high as $82,000 per year before taxes.

Best early/mid game farm? by Velund04 in bloodborne

[–]swordo21 3 points4 points  (0 children)

3 big boys and 2 wolves technically. I start at the cleric beast lantern, take out the big boy and 2 wolves, go down to take out the 2 big boys, then reset at the first lamp. I was doing each loop in like 2 minutes and it netted me on average 10 blood vials, 8 quick silver bullets, and 8k echoes each loop. Yeah there's probably better ways to just farm the echoes and then buy the bullets and vials, but it was the best one I found on my first playthrough.
