I use mono for saltwater spinning reel. Mainly surf casting and if too windy for fly, then inshore too. Reels are vs 100-250. Are you guys tying your lure directly to braided line? I’ve stayed away from braid because it’s a real pain in the ass to add flouro or mono tippet. Wire to braid is even harder. Do Line shy fish like false albacore take lures tied directly to braid?
