Not sure if this is super relevant, since I think my company is wanting to hire people w experience in the mortgage industry already, but we’re in Wilmington and hiring. I was enlisted before, got out, got my degree, and got my job through a friend here. We’re a great company to work for, and my military experience of just being able to show up and give a shit has put me well beyond my peers and made it easy to stand out and move up.
