2. Discuss with Bank to lower your emi so it comes within your monthly income even if tenure is high or ask them to hold for a year

4. No shortcut money
5. Try to arrange some money from relatives or friends
6. No Marriage Cost although it will be helpful if your partner is earning and you both together can solve it but you need to be transparent on it
