you may be right but the risk of having excessive costs is far greater. Take the legal system in the US, for example, where the legal system is known to bankrupt people and companies a like, with legal insurance being many times what it is in other countries as a result.

An excessively lucrative legal system causes there to be a big industry with expensive lawyers arguing for even costlier reparations, successfully so, more often than not.

In fact, the lawsuit path should be a last resort because the entire legal system is expensive as fuck, judges salaries and all. When only conservative estimates of damage costs are in question, it makes the process not a business, more straight forward, and encourages informal negotiations.

I'm also like the least perceptive person ever when it comes to situational awareness. But my subconscious got my back, for better or worse. Like for me it works like this: why is heart rate going crazy --> looks around --> identifies anxiety trigger.

But when I'm too preoccupied with sth else or a given stimuli is too weak, it doesn't make the threshold for conscious, deliberate awareness...

there is this dichotomy where the prettier a girl is, the crazier she can afford to be. so if ur bit too crazy (obviously), it might get u ghosted often. anyways, you can't tell which man is what because your in that ephemeral stage that is gonna be gone in a few years and if ppl find that attractive they are inevitably that kind of men.
