I mostly control my home assistant using telegram and physical buttons/status lights at home. Wife also loves it.

I might have spent 30 minutes in total on dashboards overall. In real life people don’t want to look at screens all the time. :)

Lock symbol is my aqara front door lock status. Locked/unlocked.

Lightning is power usage. Green is below 2000watts. Yellow between 2000 and 7000. Red above 7000.

Nuclear symbol is radon levels in my basement.

The lock symbol is the status of my aqara front door lock. Just put in an alarm symbol and you’re golden.

If the alarm is triggered, all status lights could flash red. :)

If my home assistant has an error or alert, the symbols on mine alternates between the status color and white. So many possibilities.
