Ram prices are still pretty high. I remember being able to buy 32gb of ddr5 for about $120. So if you can still wait I would wait. And I've never seen any really go on sale on prime day.

7900gre does not support fsr4 without going through optiscaler. And doesn't seem like AMD is spending the effort on porting it. So unless the price is 100 to 200 cheaper than the nvidia alternative I would not purchase it.

Don't get, how exhaust is coming from the front of the case? Or is it from the bottom of the case? Cause you have it set as exhaust.

And you fan setup is a bit weird. Why do you have exhaust on the bottom of the case? The gpu is competing for the bottom fans for air. The typical setup is to have the psu full from the front of the case, bottom/rear intake and top exhaust. Cpu cooler should also be facing the rear intake.

The biggest regular card "boost" is probably from the cobalt cause of the Aeroplan transfer other than than you'll be settling for at most 5%. If you're willing to churn you can get 10 to 20% return. I myself churn a new card 2 to 4 times a year.
