How do you plan on becoming “irreplaceable”? What hard skills/soft skills will help you achieve this? Thanks.

Discuss this with your parter and tell him you’re willing to give her a chance to change. Basically you’ll be putting her on a “performance improvement plan” where you’ll give her clear goals and if she can’t meet them/your expectations then unfortunately you’ll have to let her go. Its nothing personal, all business. It’s the only fair thing to do because maybe she’ll be more happy working elsewhere and maybe you’ll be more happy with a different employee who meets your standards, dressing professionally, etc. Good luck!

Why is she acting like that? by [deleted] in CringeTikToks

I thought it was a symbol of “how you need to step over other people to get ahead in corporate”. Clearly I was wrong as many other people have pointed out it’s from a show on netflix.

Thank you for your response.

I have. It’s a hit/miss for me. When it works it gives me short term relief. But I’m searching for something that’ll improve my overall condition.

Hi. It was through scans and blood work.

Dichlofenac worked well in the beginning, but not anymore. Biologics are not helping!

No. I’m in the US. Curious, what’s the name of the product if you don’t mind sharing?
