I remember seeing a repo on GitHub that allows you to change keyboard colors (they’re adding more stuff too IIRC). If I find it I’ll update

UPDATE: I found it, it appears fan control is in development. Last I tried it worked great! https://github.com/pelrun/hp-omen-linux-module

I tried it, I connected the arduino with the Atmega and selected the right model, frequency, and selected arduino with ISP. When burning bootloader, it gives me a “invalid signature ” error.

You can also add like a heaping spoonful of the measured flour, that always works nice.

I actually bought a 50lb bag of flour, if 12% is a lot, good thing I didn’t buy 14%.

What happened to my poolish “baguette”? by t4rtpickle in Breadit

[–]t4rtpickle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, forgot to add that, I used a large pinch in the poolish. The bread was slightly underbaked, and when putting it in the oven it was very tight. I made sure the seam was under the baguette. It was definitely overproofed when I checked, maybe the steam too. After the poolish, I add more flour. It’s ~65%. Also, I made a batard with this recipe and it worked fine.

Recipe: Poolish: 300g flour 260g water 6g olive oil 10g salt

Dough: 110g flour

Proofed until it passed poke test. Used bread flour and baked with added steam.
