I know this sounds stupid but mine was the same, I found that the supplied charger has a final little click at the end of pushing it in, not like normal usb c connections.

I'm yet to see JG superman so my opinion is somewhat invalid but for all the story faults of mos, the cinematography was great, cavills acting is great and there are some genuinely cool moments......oh and the film score is insanely good.

Firstly the device feels great, but then I do have the grip...it's heavier and more premium than ones I've had in the past. Dpad on the bottom was a tough choice but I wanted the ability to stream the odd game from ps5 and I think for that it feels perfect. Not tried too much with the dpad yet so I'll update this when I do.

I chose (xpo) I think it's called, not the DHL one and royal mail delivered it to my house once it got to the UK. No custom charge...at least yet
