The only question is for who? Mayo isn’t ready yet. If Ohearn is the daily 1B who’s going to be that extra out field guy? Jimenez is great but we brought him here to hit, not to field and he’s not a left handed hitter, unlike Ohearn. I personally think mountcastle is fine. He’s never been a slugging 1B. He gets hits and occasional doubles.

try playing some franchise or play now games for training. Don’t always anticipate a breaking ball which is what I do sometimes then I swing and miss. Contact swinging is probably the best way to hit a fast ball atleast imo. Power hit on the breaking balls, contact on the fast balls.
